Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  • Add the eggs and milk, mixing well until fully combined.
  • Stir in BBQ sauce, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on parchment paper.
  • Transfer the loaf to the smoker, placing it directly on the grates.
  • Smoke for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Brush ketchup on top of the meatloaf during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Remove from smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the smoky flavors!
