- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Transfer the rhubarb mixture to a greased baking dish.
