- 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- Fresh basil leaves optional
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
