- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
Add the cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice slider buns in half and place them on a serving platter.
