Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beef steak into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add the marinated steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer.
  • Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes during cooking.
  • Remove the steak bites from the skillet and let them rest.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
