- 1 cup chicken breast sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots; stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with a splash of water.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot over rice or noodles.
