Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the beef. Sauté until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce; cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and milk; bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  • Gradually mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let the mixture simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
