- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
